The Experience
From the moment you connect with Cecily Embree, Permanent Cosmetics Expert, you will know you made the right decision. Cecily takes the time to hear your vision and apply it with preciseness.

You'll come into her soothing studio, where you'll slip into booties and blankets. The depositing of color is done with a permanent makeup machine that has a tiny needle cartridge. You'll be made comfortable with topical numbing throughout the 2-3 hour session (times vary based on procedure).
